- Incomplete Services: If we fail to deliver the service as described or there is an error on our end in delivering the promised service, we may offer a refund. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the service purchase.
- Technical Failures: If there is a technical failure or issue on our end that prevents the completion of a service, you may be eligible for a refund, provided the service has not been delivered or partially delivered.
